About The Position

As a key member of our Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for driving business and economic value by optimizing supplier relationships and contract performance across an assigned portfolio of spend. This role combines analytical rigor with strong stakeholder partnership to deliver cost savings, supply chain resilience, and supplier innovation that directly advance organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Healthcare procurement, including experience negotiating drugs/medical supplies, is required.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex categories and delivering measurable cost savings
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring and managing contracts end-to-end
  • Proficiency in spend analytics
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills — comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data to build business cases and track results
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field required

Nice To Haves

  • experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Dynamics 365, etc,)
  • CPSM, CPM, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and execute multi-year category strategies that optimize total cost of ownership, quality, and supply continuity
  • Lead competitive sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and reverse auctions for assigned categories
  • Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier landscapes to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Benchmark pricing and performance against industry standards to ensure Duly remains competitively positioned
  • Manage a portfolio of supplier relationships, driving accountability through defined SLAs, scorecards, and regular business reviews
  • Negotiate and administer contracts, including renewals, amendments, and performance escalations
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risk through proactive supplier assessments and contingency planning
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with internal business owners to deeply understand operational needs and translate them into sourcing strategies
  • Educate and advise departments on procurement policies, processes, and best practices
  • Align category priorities with broader organizational financial and strategic objectives
  • Present category plans, savings opportunities, and supplier performance updates to senior leadership
  • Track and report savings, compliance, and supplier KPIs on a regular cadence
  • Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support implementation of procurement technology and tools that enable scalable, data-driven operations
