About The Position

Lead the strategy, performance, and supplier governance of the Professional & Business Services category—primarily in the Americas—while aligning regional execution with global priorities to deliver value and effectively partner with the business across a complex services landscape. Your role: Translate global PBS category strategy into Americas execution plans while driving measurable value through savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency improvements. Build and manage a robust savings pipeline, leveraging demand management, specification optimization, and full spend visibility. Lead strategic supplier and ecosystem management, including segmentation, performance governance, consolidation, and MSP oversight. Drive commercial excellence, leading complex sourcing and negotiations while owning contracting frameworks (rate cards, SoWs, outcome-based models). Act as a strategic business partner, influencing stakeholders, aligning procurement with business priorities, and driving fact-based decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement/Category Management (preferably Professional Services)
  • Strong track record in supplier negotiations
  • Strong track record in commercial value delivery
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global, matrix organization
  • Managing top-tier professional services suppliers
  • Strong understanding of SoW-based procurement
  • Strong understanding of external workforce models
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrate ownership, integrity, and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders to drive impactful, transparent outcomes
  • Successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
