As a Category Lead Senior Manager, you’ll lead with a digital first mindset balancing customer, enterprise, macro industry and competitive impacts. You’ll be responsible for developing the annual category strategy that delivers on customer experience and financial goals. You’ll manage omni-channel P&L and customer experience across merchandising, e-commerce and demand planning while managing vendor relationships and negotiations. Additionally, you will lead analysts to ensure individual functions are executed appropriately. This is not for a specific category, but for the position/level across Category Management. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another Best Buy location.
