The Category Insights Analyst is responsible for transforming consumer, customer, market, and category data into actionable business insights that support growth, improve decision-making, and drive business performance. This role plays an important part in helping the organization understand category trends, customer opportunities, pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and shelf optimization. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Growth Management teams, the successful candidate will analyze data, identify opportunities, and help translate insights into actions that create value for customers and consumers. This is a Next Gen opportunity designed for individuals who are early in their careers and looking to build a strong foundation in commercial analytics, category management, and business strategy. We are looking for people with exceptional curiosity, critical thinking skills, and a passion for solving business problems. Prior industry experience is not required.
