The Catalog Administrator supports the Supply Chain organization by managing and optimizing supplier punchout and hosted catalogs within the company’s Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) ecosystem. This role ensures catalog content, pricing, and availability align with supply chain strategies, contracted terms, and operational requirements. Responsibilities include negotiating catalog terms, pricing improvements, catalog updates and service-level expectations with suppliers to strengthen supply continuity, cost efficiency, and procurement effectiveness. The role involves configuring, testing, and maintaining supplier punchout and hosted catalogs to support procurement of materials, indirect goods, and supply chain critical services.
