About The Position
St. Mary's General Hospital is seeking a Cat Scan Technologist to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide quality images. The technologist supports the Radiologist by assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and is responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Radiology/CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by the state.
- ARRT-CT certification.
- Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- One year of acute clinical radiology experience is preferred.
