About The Position

We are seeking a CAT Scan Technologist to join the diagnostic imaging team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for an imaging professional with a solid radiologic technology foundation who is ready to apply or further develop their expertise in CT imaging. The CAT Scan Technologist will perform diagnostic CT examinations while maintaining high standards for image quality, patient safety, and compassionate care. With cross-training available for this modality, this position may also provide an excellent opportunity for an appropriately credentialed imaging professional looking to expand their capabilities into CT.

Requirements

Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's Degree (2 years of college)
Knowledge of a specialized imaging field
1–3 years of relevant experience
Current American Heart Association CPR Certification
ARRT Registered
Current Maryland Certified Medical Radiation Technologist credential
Advanced-Level CT Certification
Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging procedures and patient safety standards

Nice To Haves

Previous CT/CAT Scan imaging experience
Experience working within a hospital or acute-care imaging environment
Strong patient positioning and image-quality skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals
Interest in expanding imaging capabilities through available cross-training
