About The Position
The Cat Scan Technologist operates a CAT (Computerized Axial Tomography) scanner to obtain information used by physicians to diagnose patients’ illnesses. The technologist coordinates patient scheduling with departmental staff and participates in all activities related to performing the procedure. This is a part-time position working 8 hours per week, every other weekend on the day shift. Weekend and holiday work is required, based on department needs. The position is located at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Successful graduation from an AMA-approved Radiology program.
- ARRT registration.
- CT certification, or obtain CT certification within 180 days of hire.
- BLS certification.
