About The Position

Hourly wage: $17.50 - $18.85

Requirements

• Previous experience serving is required
• Strong command of the English language
• Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds
• Excellent commitment to service
• Must have Serving it Right Certificate
• Ability to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in catering work or high-volume functions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests' needs are fully attended to in a function setting.
• Gather and transport all supplies required for function setup.
• Set tables and back-of-house prep space according to service standards.
• Prepare mise-en-place for events.
• Serve food and beverage components as per Four Seasons' standards.
• Provide dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic service at all times.
• Be comfortable lifting and carrying heavy trays and furniture based on the needs of the function.
