Requirements
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

- Ability to work in a physically demanding, hot foundry environment
- A team player who takes pride in doing a good job
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must infrequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Assist with casting operations and daily production activities.
- Handle, move, and process castings as needed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
