About The Position

Our Casting teams help create key components used in the automotive compressors we manufacture every day. If you enjoy physical, fast-paced work and don’t mind turning up the heat, this could be the opportunity for you. In Die Cast, molten aluminum is used to produce three main components of our compressors: the front housing, rear housing, and cylinder. Associates work with equipment throughout the casting process as aluminum is formed and cooled into finished components. In Sand Cast, sand molds are used to create components for our swash and lug plates. Associates help sort parts, operate equipment to smooth components, and inspect finished parts before they move on to Machining. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be the opportunity for you. No manufacturing experience? No problem—we’ll train you!
