About The Position

Kohler Co. is seeking a Casting Finishing Machine Operator – Spin Blast to join their Cast Iron division in Kohler, WI. This role is responsible for operating the primary Spin Blast machine for industrial casting. Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Consistent attendance and work performance.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary Spin Blast for Industrial casting.
• Must be PIV certified, LOTO certified.
• Proficient with Computers, Read prints/process sheets, palatize and package parts.
• Use of hand tools, pneumatic grinders, and gauges.
• Other job duties assigned by supervision.
