About The Position

Honda is looking for qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, continuous improvement values, and a strong work ethic to join their team. This role is performed in a high-heat environment typical of metal casting operations. The duties of a Casting Associate include but are not limited to: Maintaining a safe and productive work environment, Assembling or manufacturing units in a production environment, and Following standard operating procedures and problem-solving safety, quality, cost and/or delivery items.

Requirements

• Must have at least 12 months of Manufacturing Experience in the past 5 years
• Understand verbal and written directions
• Ability to problem solve in a manufacturing environment
• Maintain 99% attendance
• Available to work overtime on weekdays/weekends as needed

• Casting Experience Preferred
