Requirements
- Supervisor and Manager Approval
- Melt Shop Experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Prior teammate training and development.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities
- Builds a strong safety culture.
- Leads the selection, training, and development of the team.
- Works with plant leadership to set consistent standards and evaluate teammates for operational positions.
- Cross-trains across positions within the department and fills in as needed to support operational needs.
