About The Position

The Casino VIP Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their requests and changes, making and following up on reservations, arranging transportation, and assigning special rooms and dinners. The role involves preparing various in-house documents such as envelopes, check-out slips, and airfare reimbursement slips for arriving or departing guests, as well as handling other reimbursements. Responsibilities also include answering calls from customers and business partners, providing assistance, organizing and classifying documents like credit applications and reservation forms, and performing administrative tasks such as delivering mail, photocopying, typing, and proofreading customer correspondences. The representative will also assist with mail and telemarketing campaigns, assign new players source codes for the appropriate junket representative, and complete temporary credit line approvals (TTO) for guests. The position requires adherence to all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets. The representative is expected to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Professional communication, developing positive working relationships, and supporting team goals are also key. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards, and performing physical tasks such as moving objects weighing less than 30 pounds and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Responsibilities
