About The Position

The Vending Clerk is responsible for the replenishment and proper operation of assigned vending machines/services. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $17/hour, working Wednesday through Sunday from 11pm to 7:30am.

Requirements

• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and exceed Public Health Standards in the performance of job
• Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control, routine maintenance, and related activities to vending machines.
• Immediately replace outdated food/beverages, properly account for all inventories, accurately report sales, and respond to/report complaints and suggestions from customers.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding vending service process refunds.
• Replenish supplies of vending machines.
• Provide a detailed inventory so product can be ordered.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness of product.
• Prepare all vending stock reports.
• Remove money from vending machine and deposit according to compliance process.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
