About The Position
The Vending Clerk is responsible for the replenishment and proper operation of assigned vending machines/services. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and exceed Public Health Standards in the performance of job
- Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)
Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control, routine maintenance, and related activities to vending machines.
- Immediately replace outdated food/beverages, properly account for all inventories, accurately report sales, and respond to/report complaints and suggestions from customers.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding vending service process refunds.
- Replenish supplies of vending machines.
- Provide a detailed inventory so product can be ordered.
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness of product.
- Prepare all vending stock reports.
- Remove money from vending machine and deposit according to compliance process.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
