Oversee casino operations on assigned shift, including procedural and regulatory compliance, with an emphasis on guest service. Provide a comfortable atmosphere for guests through employee friendliness, facility cleanliness and quality service. Assure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Authorize jackpot payouts. Assure that all guest issues are handled quickly to meet both Jackpot Junctions and guests satisfaction. Authorize guest comps according to casino guidelines in the absence of Casino Host. Ensure all departments are properly staffed and are following their departmental policies and procedures. Keep informed of all promotions. Make recommendations to the Lead Casino Shift Manager regarding guest service improvements. Coordinate with Security Shift Supervisors to handle all issues relating to guest safety. Monitor and assure compliance with Title 31 on assigned shift. Maintain an hourly activity log for General Management. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
