POSITION SUMMARY The successful Casino Manager must be familiar with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (table games including 21, pai-gow, craps, as well as keno and slots). This position provides support to all departments and is responsible for resolving guest service issues. Excellent guest service skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Schedule- Part Time

Requirements

Computer literacy (excel, word) is required.
must be able to obtain and maintain gaming and beverage cards.
Flexible for shift availability.
(must be 21).

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all on-duty casino team members to ensure efficient, compliant, and exceptional guest service.
Foster a welcoming, professional, and guest-focused environment by building positive relationships and resolving guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Address, document, and communicate operational issues involving guests, team members, equipment, or facilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure smooth shift transitions by communicating critical operational updates to the incoming manager and other appropriate departments.
Monitor staffing levels throughout each shift, adjusting assignments and coordinating meal and rest breaks to maintain operational efficiency.
Coach, support, and hold team members accountable for meeting performance expectations and adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations, Nevada gaming laws, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) laws, labor laws, and company policies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all casino games, gaming regulations, property promotions, and special events to accurately assist guests and support team members.
Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence while ensuring a safe and secure gaming environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of casino operations.
