POSITION SUMMARY The successful Casino Shift Manager must be familiar with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (table games including 21, pai-gow, craps, as well as keno and slots). This position provides support to all departments and is responsible for resolving guest service issues. Excellent guest service skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (table games including 21, pai-gow, craps, as well as keno and slots).
- Excellent guest service skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy (excel, word) is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming and beverage cards.
- Must be 21 years of age.
