About The Position

Responsible for issuing comps and vouchers for all departments who request them for a guest. Answers questions over the phone when our VIP guests call. Enhance our customers overall casino experience.

Requirements

  • Must have flexibility in terms of scheduling and taking on overtime if necessary.
  • A good attendance record must be maintained.
  • Three months related experience and/or training; high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Must be able to work independently, and with little to no supervision.
  • Must be able to communicate with our VIP guests and explain why they have not received certain mailers.
  • Must have basic experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests by following the Casino’s R.I.C.H. core values (Respect, Integrity, Commitment and Humility).
  • Assists our guests in determining whether they are eligible to receive a promotional invite.
  • Answers phone calls from our VIP guests.
  • Assists our guests with their room reservations.
  • Ensure all guest information is entered correctly in database while following department policies.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism while managing sensitive issues.
  • Demonstrate empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt resolutions.
  • May assist with special events and promotions as required.
