Responsible for issuing comps and vouchers for all departments who request them for a guest. Answers questions over the phone when our VIP guests call. Enhance our customers overall casino experience. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests by following the Casino’s R.I.C.H. core values (Respect, Integrity, Commitment and Humility). Assists our guests in determining whether they are eligible to receive a promotional invite. Answers phone calls from our VIP guests. Assists our guests with their room reservations. Ensure all guest information is entered correctly in database while following department policies. Maintain the highest level of professionalism while managing sensitive issues. Demonstrate empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt resolutions. May assist with special events and promotions as required.
