About The Position

A Casino Service Attendant must monitor performance of slot machines, player activity, and conditions of the casino slot areas ensuring that all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary.

Requirements

• Must monitor performance of slot machines, player activity, and conditions of the casino slot areas.
• Must ensure all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary.
• Must have knowledge of patron alcohol limitations along with company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Must actively observe warning behaviors and signs of possible intoxication.
• Must enforce company policy and procedure regarding limitations.

• Ability to perform minor repair to slot machines.
• Ability to assist with beverage service to patrons and safe distribution of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Verifying jackpots, paying jackpots, completing paper fills and accurately filling out all related paperwork associated with the daily job duties.
• Performing minor repair to slot machines.
• Assisting with beverage service to our patrons and for the safe distribution of alcohol.
• Having knowledge of patron alcohol limitations along with company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Actively observing warning behaviors and signs of possible intoxication, and enforcing company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Planning, organizing and completing work timely.
• Taking initiative, showing ownership and going above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
• Accepting feedback and coaching from supervisors.
