About The Position

The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for dedicated and professional Security Guards to help us maintain a safe, welcoming, and memorable environment for every guest who walks through our doors. As a key member of our team, you'll support the integrity, safety, and hospitality that make us a premier destination in the Northwest.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Washington State Driver's License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and stress-management abilities
• Keen attention to detail and situational awareness
• Professional, calm, and customer-service–oriented demeanor
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to obtain required gaming licenses (Class III-WSGC and Class II-PGST)
• Must pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug and alcohol test

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Gaming experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Serve as a vigilant and approachable protector, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property.
• Use your strong observation skills to monitor gaming activities, uphold fairness, and identify when intervention is needed.
• Enforce Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with secure access to restricted areas and support the transfer of gaming materials, funds, and important documentation.
