About The Position

The Casino Retention Coordinator will be responsible for dreaming up and delivering monthly promotional plans that are creative, on-brand, and results-driven. This role will help maintain distinct promotional strategies across Bally’s brands, presenting promotional structures, mechanics, timelines, and projected costs. The coordinator will brief compelling copy and visuals to the Marketing Design & Development Team, and collaborate closely with CRM Leads to align promotions with wider marketing activity. Campaigns will be tailored to different player audiences and behaviors, and the role will partner with the Social Media team to ensure promotions shine on-site and socially. Additionally, the coordinator will build and maintain promotion rules and templates, navigating legal and compliance approvals, and analyze performance data to optimize and evolve future promotions. Keeping promotional mechanics, documentation, and templates organized and up to date is crucial, as is staying ahead of market trends to anticipate player and business needs. The role involves taking new promotional ideas from concept to launch, jumping into additional projects as the business grows and evolves, and performing related tasks and project work as required by the business.

Requirements
