Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or operational risks.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills with the ability to structure clear and effective procedures.
  • Good understanding of operational workflows, game releases, and product-related processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within the iGaming industry in an operational, QA, compliance, or product-related role is considered an asset.
  • Experience with process improvement, reporting, documentation, or automation initiatives is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance checks on game releases, configurations, rewards, promotional setups, certifications, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure all operational activities are executed accurately and in line with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Identify operational issues, inconsistencies, or quality gaps and escalate or coordinate corrective actions where required.
  • Monitor operational quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across Product Operations.
  • Assist with operational testing, release validation, and audit preparation activities.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve operational documentation, procedures, SOPs, checklists, and process flows across Product Operations.
  • Ensure operational documentation remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with current workflows, systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support standardisation of operational processes to improve consistency, scalability, and execution quality.
  • Assist in structuring onboarding and training materials to support efficient integration of new team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document new processes, operational changes, and automation initiatives.
  • Support operational reporting, tracking, and process monitoring activities.
  • Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, or operational risks and propose process improvements where appropriate.
  • Support implementation of automation initiatives, operational controls, and workflow improvements.
  • Work closely with Product Operations, Compliance, DEVS, CRM, Customer Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
  • Participate in operational and cross-functional projects as required.
  • Perform any other task or responsibility related or connected to the role.
