Oversees daily Table Game Operations. Reads and evaluates credit reports and makes appropriate recommendations. Analyzes profitability of game types and makes recommendations accordingly. Identifies and gathers relevant facts. Exercises sound judgement. Responsible for scheduling with appropriate games spread based on all variable factors. Responsible for ensuring profitability levels of all table game players and making appropriate recommendations. Makes recommendations to ensure budgetary goals are achieved. Develops and implements training programs for subordinate staff to include quarterly informational staff meeting. Ensures a customer and employee friendly environment. Promotes positive public relations. Performs other duties as assigned.
