About The Position

As a Casino Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Slot and Table Games during your assigned shift. In this dynamic role, you’ll assist in executing departmental initiatives and lead daily operations with a strong focus on employee engagement, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring compliance with regulations and department policies. In collaboration with Casino Leadership, you’ll help foster a positive work culture that prioritizes outstanding service and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• 2+ years of experience in gaming, hospitality, or operational environments, with exposure to Table Games or Slots

Responsibilities

• Support daily Slot and Table Games operations during assigned shifts, including resolving guest and employee concerns, opening and closing duties, game protection, game mix, bet spreads, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
• Lead front-line employees by fostering a positive, guest-focused environment through coaching, training, and recognition, while supporting employee engagement initiatives
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and Gaming Control Board regulations, promptly escalating any unusual activity or concerns to senior leadership and appropriate authorities.
• Monitor gaming equipment functionality and escalate maintenance or performance concerns in collaboration with appropriate departments and the Gaming COE
• Support the execution of departmental projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely follow-through and attention to detail
