About The Position

In this highly visible role, you will develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests, proactively engage players on the casino floor, coordinate special events and promotions, and ensure every guest receives personalized attention. Your ability to build rapport, anticipate guest needs, and deliver outstanding service will directly contribute to creating memorable experiences and strengthening long-term customer loyalty.

As a Casino Host, you will collaborate closely with Marketing and other departments to execute player development strategies, promote rewards programs, and support special events, tournaments, and guest activities. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with a passion for hospitality, customer engagement, and sales. Previous experience in customer service, marketing, account management, or a casino environment is preferred.
