Montana’s Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Casino Floor Runner to join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy. We take great pride in knowing every one of our guests by name, along with knowing and taking care of all their needs without them even having to ask. We are service aficionados.

Requirements

Motivated and outgoing personality
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Cash handling and accounting skills
Ability to operate a cash register
Ability to stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
Ability to perform housekeeping duties
Ability to mix and complete drink orders
Ability to assist casino cashiers
Ability to remember regular customers' names and faces
Ability to monitor legal age requirements
Ability to accurately and effectively complete shift paperwork
Ability to accurately make change and account for large amounts of cash
Ability to suggest selling and help customers with gaming machine operations
Willingness to wear a uniform and maintain a neat and clean appearance
Ability to clean restrooms, ashtrays, dust, windows, and floors
Ability to empty trash cans and dishes
Ability to clean tables and messes of others
Ability to clean games and keep bar furniture neatly arranged
Knowledge of safety manual and casino restroom logs
Ability to maintain casino safety and security
Ability to answer/screen phone calls
Ability to assist patrons in verifying wins; record and make payouts to gambling machine winners
Ability to advise the manager of any personnel situations or policy violations

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, cash handling, and accounting.
Operate a cash register, stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories.
Perform housekeeping inside and outside of the casino.
Efficiently mix and complete drink orders.
Assist casino cashiers.
Remember regular customers' names and faces.
Monitor legal age requirements.

Accurately make change and account for large amounts of cash.
Suggest selling and helping customers with gaming machine operations.
Wear the uniform, and keep your appearance neat and clean.
Clean restrooms, ashtrays, dust, windows, and floors.
Empty trash cans and dishes.
Clean tables and messes of others.
Clean games and keep bar furniture neatly arranged.
Use the safety manual and casino restroom logs.
Maintain casino safety and security.
Answer/screen phone calls.
Assist patrons in verifying wins; record and make payouts to gambling machine winners.
Advise the manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on casino operating performance.
