About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
- Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide.
- Must have basic computer skills including 10 key, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge in Super Playmate, Pitboss, Quickets, FabiCash, Certegy.
Responsibilities
- Accurately performs transactions at the counter for patrons of the casino, including but not limited to cashing checks, redeeming chips or slot machine tickets, accepting marker payments.
- Processes required paperwork for Title 31, credit applications, Central Credit reports and marker issue/payments.
- Must have a working knowledge of and to be able to comply with all requirements for the bank Secrecy Act.
- Must maintain a polite, professional and courteous manner at all times while dealing with customers and team members alike.
- Must be knowledgeable about information pertaining to floor promotions, entertainment, and local shopping/dining options.
- Must be able to courteously enroll guests in the Tropicana Advantage Players Club while explaining details and benefits of club membership.
- Other related duties as assigned.
