About The Position

Step into the spotlight as a Casino Cage Cashier, where every transaction is a chance to make someone’s day. You'll be the go-to expert for guests exchanging cash, chips, and more—delivering seamless service and unforgettable moments they’ll take with them long after the game ends.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6+ months of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Precious high-volume cash handling experience

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of monetary transactions including cashing checks, redeeming gaming chips, and managing cage credit transactions for guests with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and offering information to enhance their experience at the casino.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all transactions, balance cash drawers at the end of shifts, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
