This position is responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. The role involves recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing computerized financial information. It also includes organizing, securing, and maintaining all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures. The officer will prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Additionally, the role requires coding documents according to company policies and procedures, auditing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables, and auditing and reconciling all revenue postings. Reviewing audit issues and making corrections as necessary is also a key part of the role. The position also requires following all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, protecting company assets, and protecting the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Communication skills are important, including speaking with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely, and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees are also expected. Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards, and reading and visually verifying information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print) are also part of the job. The role involves performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
