This role directs the activities of Service Technicians in the delivery of casing and tubing services. The Casing Pusher is responsible for running the crew, maintaining good communication, and ensuring tools, equipment, and spare parts are loaded and available on the truck. This position involves repair and maintenance, compliance with company rules and regulations, and leading pre-job safety meetings and job safety analysis processes. The Casing Pusher is ultimately responsible for all aspects of job performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. They will also conduct training for Service Technicians when needed and are available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs. Communication with the Company Man upon job site arrival and with any directions given by management is crucial. The role also includes operating tongs and ensuring correct torque specs, along with other duties assigned by management.
