Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Good communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email
Ability to work a rotating Saturday shift
Frequently lift up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
Frequently bend, sit, squat, lift overhead, push, pull, kneel, and reach

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and assist customers and co-workers.
Process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Bag purchases and assist customers with loading.
Stay informed about product deals, discounts, and promotions to guide customers.
Direct customers to Retail Sales Associates for in-depth assistance.
Answer customer questions, provide quotes, and research inventory via face-to-face or phone interactions.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and work areas.
Actively participate in store events.
Prioritize safety standards and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
