About The Position
Penn State Berks Food Services is seeking an organized and motivated employee, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Hours are Saturday's 1:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday's 1:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a starting rate of $15.00/hour starting Mid-August.

Responsibilities
- Handle credit or campus dining dollar transactions with customers.
- Scan goods and collect payments.
- Stock shelves, freezers, and coolers.
- Ensure pricing is correct.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
