About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Full Time Cashier Positions at our Fenton Store located at 3150 Owen Road, Fenton, MI. This role offers $15.00 an hour plus a 20% discount on in-store purchases and monthly bonus potential. There are also career advancement opportunities with Goodwill Academy.

Requirements

• Can you lift and carry 35 pounds?
• Can you reach, bend or stoop?
• Can you distinguish colors?
• Do you have cash-handling experience?
• Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
• Do you have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time?
• Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and conduct sales-related functions as directed and according to policy, procedure and job standards
• Maintain cash register variance to Goodwill’s acceptable margin of error rate
• Run 3 racks of clothing to sales floor per hour.
