About The Position

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to make lasting connections with our customers, ring up customer purchases in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner, problem-solve customer questions and/or concerns (you may need to call a manager), help maintain a clean and safe store, and work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department. Jerry's may give preference to an individual who is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team, has experience working on a front end, and knows about coupons, returns, security procedures and etiquette.
