About The Position

Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices. Operates POS system in processing food and beverage charges. Handles multiple transactions with cash, credit cards, coupons, vouchers, comps, etc. Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statement for the vault. Interacts positively with customers by inquiring about their dining experience, satisfaction, answering any questions and providing casino information either in person or via telephone. Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing, or setting tables, being a team player, etc. Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services. Complies with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, MICS. Report and document all unusual occurrences. Attend all mandatory trainings.

Requirements

  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure.
  • Adjust to a flexible schedule and be reliable.
  • Knowledge of Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
  • Must be available 24/7
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
  • Must be 18 at time of hire.
  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
  • Must have Serv Safe Certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Must be able to lift 25lbs.
