The primary function of this position involves waiting on customers, processing cash and credit card transactions and other duties associated with customer accounts as directed by the manager. Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of math needed for processing cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to operate a computer register and credit card terminal
- Previous Barista experience
Responsibilities
- Greeting and waiting on customers
- Extends greeting to every person that walks in the facility
- Inquires how the customer can be helped
- Ensures that the staff is informed
- Processing cash and credit card transactions
- Operates computer register and credit card terminal with accuracy and efficiency
- Barista experience - makes and serves coffee, espresso, tea, and other drinks, and sometimes food
