Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be the age of 18
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and providing change.
- Having a positive attitude is important! It's great to be able to smile, make eye contact, and easily connect with people when communicating.
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales by recommending popular or promotional items.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Neat, clean appearance.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timely delivery of food to customers.
- Must be multi-task oriented and work well under pressure.
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling to include nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Requires knowledge of operating point of sale.
Responsibilities
- Sincerely greets and welcomes all guests and maintains a professional presence when interacting with guests.
- Assures timely delivery of all food and beverages; assists in some food preparation.
- Operates a point of sale, rings in proper amount into register and gives guest correct change.
- Maintains a clean, neat, organized site as well as a comfortable environment for each guest.
- Performs all side work duties as described for assigned shift.
- Stock and maintain the cleanliness of area, empty garbage wipe tables and sweep.
- Assists in all aspects of this operation when necessary.

- Follows all standard safety and sanitation guidelines.
