About The Position
As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you will share your knowledge of the menu with guests so they can have a great experience at home or in their office. You are expected to be punctual, support fellow team members, and complete side duties. Team members learn about their role and the brand through an online training program; training is provided.
Requirements
- Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills.
- English language and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem-solving abilities; self-motivation and organization.
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work calmly under pressure, and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to use tablets, point-of-sale equipment, and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
- Maintain a friendly attitude regardless of how busy the position may get.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
- Previous server or restaurant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Share menu knowledge with guests ordering food to go.
- Be punctual and support fellow team members.
- Complete side duties, including bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food.
