About The Position

Littleton’s Market is seeking a full-time cashier over the age of 18 to join our busy front of house team. This person will be responsible for greeting customers, using Toast to ring up purchases, light housekeeping, light stocking and tagging, and providing great customer service. Afternoon to evening hours. Combining a gourmet grocery market and an all-day restaurant and cafe, Littleton’s Market aims to be the premier destination for people who love food and wine in Columbus. Offering the finest quality meat, seafood, produce and specialty grocery items, as well as a significant selection of wine and beer, Littleton’s offers many products from growers and suppliers not previously available in Columbus. The extraordinary quality products from the butcher, seafood, and produce departments will provide the raw material for the dishes available in the restaurant and for the housemade fresh and pantry provisions offerings. Requirements

Customer service experience appreciated but not required
Works well in/enjoys fast paced work environment
Able to be on their feet, standing, twisting etc. throughout shift
Is self-motivated- able to find tasks to do during slow times, see what needs to be done
Strong attention to detail
Strong communicator
Can work both independently and very closely with a small team
Must be 18 or older
