About The Position

As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you will share menu knowledge with Guests to help them have a great experience at home or in the office. You are expected to be punctual, support fellow Team Members, and complete side duties, which may include bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food. Team Members learn about their role and the brand through an online training program; training is provided.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills.
• English-language and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Problem-solving ability; self-motivation; and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work calmly under pressure, and exercise good judgment.
• Ability to use tablets, point-of-sale equipment, and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
• Maintain a friendly attitude regardless of how busy the position gets.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred.
