About The Position

This position requires availability to work evening shifts and weekends. Nice To Haves

Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.
Balance cash drawer and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
Process and electronically deposit checks.
Enter and maintain vehicle information within dealership systems.
Scan, file, and organize important dealership documents.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area while delivering exceptional customer service.
