About The Position

Taziki's is a fast-casual restaurant brand with over 90 locations across 17 states. Our menu features Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a Southern twist. Our mission is to foster an environment that blends modern Mediterranean cuisine with genuine human connection. We are a team of passionate food lovers dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities. Experience is not required as we provide comprehensive training.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Energetic, eager to learn, and passionate about fresh food.
Good communication and hospitality skills.
Ability to work with passion and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.
Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, the establishment, and the brand.
Understand and abide by all company standards and policies.
Must obtain a Food Handler’s card shortly after beginning employment.

Responsibilities

Act as a Taziki’s Ambassador, engaging guests with our service, menu, story, and culture.
Take guest orders and deliver them to the dining or pickup areas.
Operate and understand the POS (point of sale register) system.
Adhere to proper cash handling and payment procedures.
Maintain Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
Follow proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
Perform shift-side duties, including opening and closing procedures.
