This part-time position (24+ hours) involves providing fast, friendly, and accurate check-out services, handling money, bagging orders, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean work environment. Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred, and candidates with open availability will be prioritized.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must successfully pass math test
- Must successfully pass cashier training after hire
- TB Clearance required
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements
- Accuracy and basic math skills are important
- Ability to memorize product identification codes and weekly ad specials

Responsibilities
- Providing fast, friendly, and accurate check out services for our customers
- Using computerized cash register systems, handling and counting money
- Bagging customers' orders and helping shoppers find items in the store
- Assisting in the cleaning and dusting of the check stands and surrounding areas
- Taking “return” products back to proper shelf locations
- Weighing, scanning, and bagging orders
- Performing a cash audit of the contents in assigned cash drawer
- General maintenance, dusting, and cleaning of check stands and surrounding area
- Resolving service and product related customer service issues
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observing company dress code
- Abiding by all company policies and procedures
- Performing other duties and assignments as directed
