You don't need years of restaurant experience to find your place at Via 313—we're looking for friendly, dependable people who are ready to learn and bring great energy to every shift. As a Via 313 Cashier, you're often one of the first people our guests meet. Whether you're helping someone place their first Via order, recommending a favorite pizza, or keeping things moving during a busy rush, you'll play a big part in making sure every guest feels welcome.

Requirements

No previous restaurant or cashier experience required—we'll teach you!
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
Reliable and ready to be part of a team
Able to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail when taking orders and processing payments
Willingness to learn our menu and help guests find their Via favorites
Valid Utah Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe)

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in
Take accurate food and beverage orders and help guests navigate our menu
Share recommendations and help first-time guests discover their new favorite Detroit-style pizza
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Keep the front counter, dining areas, and service stations clean, stocked, and ready
Work alongside your teammates to keep things moving during busy shifts
Help with takeout and pickup orders and make sure everything is accurate before it heads out the door
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and health department standards
Jump in wherever your team needs a hand
Bring positive energy and genuine hospitality to every shift
