About The Position
The To Go Specialist/Cashier shares menu knowledge with guests so they can enjoy a great experience at home or in the office. The role requires punctuality, support for fellow team members, and completion of side duties, which may include bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food. Team members learn about their role and the brand through an online training program.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous server or restaurant experience is preferred.
- Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills are required.
- English language and professional communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem-solving ability; self-motivation; and organization.
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work calmly under pressure, and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to use tablets, point-of-sale equipment, and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
- Must maintain a friendly attitude regardless of how busy the position becomes.
