About The Position

As a Cashier, you provide efficient and effective customer service in the checkout lane, creating positive, memorable experiences for Meijer customers. You are the last point of contact customers have before leaving the store, and you help turn everyday interactions into meaningful moments. The role involves using Meijer systems to complete transactions, handling payments responsibly, assisting customers with questions and concerns, and supporting other tasks as needed to keep store operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
Comfortable learning and using technology.
Able to listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help.
Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
